Required Skills/Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• High school diploma or GED

• Managing food restaurant experience is a plus (but not required)

• Excellent communication skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Food handler's certification is required

• Problem solving skills are a must!

Responsibilities also include:

• Opening and closing duties

• Create and manage employee schedules

• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally

• Oversee the work of all staff members and manage labor

• Takes food orders and processes payment

• Train  new employees

• Maintains inventory

*Maintains store cleanliness

Your responsibilities as a crew member involve dealing with customers in a courteous manner and taking payments as well as prepping and making pizzas and other menu items. This Crew Member / Pizza Restaurant Inside Worker position earns a minimum of $11.00/hour(more based on experience) and works full- or part-time hours during regular restaurant hours with clean-up time shortly after close.
